📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage maintenance records, track equipment performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective maintenance of our palm oil mill.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our machinery and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a palm oil mill or similar industrial environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office, including advanced features for data management and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within North Kalimantan.
