📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Monitor branch finances and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Participate in company initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
