📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in managing accounting teams and driving financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
