Depot Budi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team. As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
