PT Cendana Cipta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, and leading a team of QC Inspectors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet established standards.,Lead a team of QC Inspectors, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Train and develop QC Inspectors on quality control procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on inspection and testing.,Proven experience in leading a team of QC Inspectors.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
