The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production processes and ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high productivity levels.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production processes and output.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and equipment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
