📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all financial records and transactions,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages,Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants,Perform other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus
