In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor and manage inventory to ensure that the cafe is well-stocked and that costs are controlled.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the cafe's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
