📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of production.,Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management as required.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in training new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
