📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience,Assisting customers with product recommendations and information,Managing the cash register and ensuring proper inventory control,Working efficiently during peak hours and maintaining a high level of productivity,Following all health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area,Assisting the barista in preparing coffee and other beverages,Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of coffee and coffee preparation,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
