• Oversee the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma to create high-quality visual content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, with a proven track record in digital marketing and branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital campaigns, social media graphics, and branding materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Canva and Figma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with design trends.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
