As the DC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our manufacturing plants and distribution centers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve inventory management, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure timely delivery of products to the distribution center.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and transportation routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in logistics.
