📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Handle food waste and disposal in an efficient and eco-friendly manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.
