📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
