📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and tax compliance.,Develop and implement fuel management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
