Bahagia Putri Health Center is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Surabaya. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources needs. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a candidate who can start immediately. The salary range for this position is Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Administer and manage employee benefits programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
