HR Manager (Human Resources Development) - Jakarta Selatan

Wiragarda Wahana Waspada is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (Human Resources Development) to lead our human capital initiatives in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. This is a pivotal role for professionals passionate about shaping organizational culture and driving employee development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

As an HR Manager, you will work closely with department heads and managers to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to support their teams. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. Additionally, you will oversee performance management, including conducting performance appraisals, setting development plans, and providing coaching and mentoring to employees.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and set development plans for employees.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on human resources development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
