📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing staff development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.
  • Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics and trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
