In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our growth and success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
