Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and training junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
