📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services.,Ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical content to support our customers and internal teams.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Review and edit technical content to maintain consistency and quality standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to junior technical writers and other team members as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in writing user manuals, guides, and technical documentation.,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical content.,Experience working with technical tools and software relevant to our industry.,Strong understanding of our products, services, and technical processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
