📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training objectives are met.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training and Development.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
