📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the organization's strategic goals,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and webinars,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand learning needs and expectations,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and project management skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
