📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair all plumbing systems in the Quest Plus Conference Center to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations.
• Install and commission new plumbing fixtures and systems, working with architects and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plumbing.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for design and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management solutions.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
