📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide expert medical advice and guidance to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of medical services and administration.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Train and mentor junior medical professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent PT Administrasi Medika at medical conferences, workshops, and industry events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of medical services and healthcare administration practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical practices, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical software and tools such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems is a plus.
