In this role, you will be responsible for visiting and engaging with potential and existing merchants, demonstrating the benefits of our EDC solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of these devices into their daily operations. You will leverage your sales acumen and strong communication skills to build lasting relationships, ultimately contributing to the expansion of our market presence in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to merchants to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Demonstrate and promote EDC solutions, explaining their benefits and how they can enhance business operations.
• Assist in the installation and setup of EDC devices, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
• Provide training and support to merchants on how to use the EDC devices effectively.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their sales and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with merchants.
• Familiarity with EDC devices and digital payment solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and local dialects is essential.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
