In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Kebayoran Lama. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff management and customer service.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.,Monitor and report on sales and inventory levels.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of tea and its preparation is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
