📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawers, following company policies
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety protocols
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
