Bumi Cipta is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and help to improve our processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality assurance tests on products and services,Identifying and documenting defects and issues,Working with the development team to resolve issues and improve processes,Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures,Providing quality assurance training and support to other team members,Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and trends,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,2-5 years of experience in quality assurance,Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies,Experience with quality assurance tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to detail,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
