Changi Airport Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate or Assistant Manager to join our Airside Operations Planning team in Badung, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of airside operations strategies for one of the world's leading airport groups. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of airside operations, enhancing passenger experience, and driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement airside operations strategies and plans to ensure efficient and safe operations,Oversee the coordination and execution of airside operations, including aircraft movements, ground handling, and passenger services,Monitor and analyze airside operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of airside operations with other airport functions,Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in airside operations,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance airside operations and passenger experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in airside operations planning and management,Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and procedures,Proven track record of successfully managing airside operations in a high-volume environment,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with airport operations software and systems is a plus
