As a key player in the distribution channel, you will be responsible for managing and developing our distribution network, ensuring optimal coverage and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize our distribution network in Bali.,Manage and supervise a team of distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and other business partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth in the distribution channel.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for distributors to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish strong business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution channel.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing distribution networks.,Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale industry, with a focus on consumer goods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within Bali and other destinations.
