XCEL Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of fleet management principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to manage vehicle assignments and schedules,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Manage and maintain fleet records and documentation,Provide support and guidance to junior fleet coordinators,Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing and coordinating vehicle fleets,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
