📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage full cycle SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.,Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP FICO system.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.,Provide post-implementation support and conduct regular reviews to ensure system performance and user satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with a focus on full cycle projects.,Certified SAP FICO Consultant (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Product Costing (PP).,Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
