📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Participate in menu development and cost control,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
