📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition.,Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure the best deals.,Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transactions.,Manage the entire acquisition process from start to finish.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition and potential.,Maintain and update the company's property database.,Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Bali real estate market.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
