📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party recruiters.,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Providing regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
