📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support to the operations team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and systems management.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as CMMS or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
