📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth export-import operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and manage logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
• Leverage logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customs regulations, and best practices in export-import and logistics.
• Represent the company at customs offices, trade shows, and other industry events to build relationships and maintain a strong brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, export-import documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Certification as a Pejabat Pengawas dan Pengurus Karantina (PPJK) is required.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international trade laws, and logistics best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
