📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of analytical scientists in developing, validating, and optimizing analytical methods for agricultural and industrial products.
• Oversee the entire analytical process, from method development to validation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve analytical capabilities.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in analytical chemistry and industry standards.
• Manage and optimize laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies, and personnel.
• Ensure all analytical data is accurate, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, with a focus on method development and validation.
• Proven track record of leading analytical teams and driving innovation in analytical methods.
• Certification in analytical chemistry (e.g., ACS, AACC, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using analytical instruments and software, such as HPLC, GC, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GLP, GMP, and ISO.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
