🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the public sector.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of public service regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
