📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures.
- Support the operations team in managing day-to-day activities and processes.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation and manuals.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling and coordination.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
