📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track import/export shipments using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and customs clearance forms.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs requirements.
• Provide regular reports on shipment status and logistics performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, particularly in import/export operations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with customs and trade regulations.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
