📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Update and manage employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance data.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide technical support to the HR team, troubleshooting any issues with the HRIS.
• Assist in the implementation of new HR policies and procedures within the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technology and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
