In this role, you will work closely with our project teams to manage and coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials. You will ensure that all materials are delivered on time, in the right quantities, and meet the required specifications. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in managing our inventory and maintaining a well-stocked warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for our projects.
• Ensure that all materials are delivered on time, in the right quantities, and meet the required specifications.
• Maintain a well-stocked warehouse and manage inventory using software like SAP or similar systems.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that materials are available when needed.
• Monitor material usage and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
• Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
• Provide support to the project team as needed, including assisting with material testing and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and coordinating material procurement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with material management software like SAP or similar systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
